Brewer Brewing One Big Bash

This just in for anyone whose upcoming holiday weekend plans aren’t completely set: Former University of Arkansas basketball star Ronnie Brewer apparently is hosting a party at Powerhouse Seafood & Grill on Friday, July 2.

We know this because an announcement of the party was pulled from a Facebook page and forwarded to us from an impeccable source. Bottom line: “Brew Bash” will start around 10 p.m. and end at 2 a.m., with entertainment provided by someone known as DJ qHolic (or something like that).

It’s also worth mentioning partygoers are being asked to wear black and white clothing, to fit the theme. Which reminds us, doesn’t that P. Diddy fellow throw a similar party in the Hamptons every year?

Something tells us the guest list at “Brew Bash” won’t be quite as star-studded, though rumor has it a certain Razorback quarterback might be in attendance. Here’s hoping whoever shows up sticks to good, clean fun.
