To those Whispers readers who occasionally inform us they’d like to read more “positive” news, this one’s for you.
We recently heard about a dramatic turnaround in the occupancy rate at Stone Manor Condominiums at Pinnacle Hills. It seems the 256-unit complex, built in 2004, had a puny 22 percent occupancy rate as of early 2008.
That’s apparently when John Matthews was brought in as property manager. Fast-forward to the present and the occupancy rate is reportedly at 99 percent.
Sounds positive to us.
