A highly touted bar and restaurant is coming to Little Rock in late May, and one might be in the works for Northwest Arkansas, too.
This news, regarding Bar Louie, comes from a source with years of bar/restaurant experience and impeccable taste in such matters.
“Homemade food and great drinks,” read one of his notes.
“Classy but laid-back,” read another.
If that doesn’t convince you, consider Bar Louie has received rave reviews from Restaurant Hospitality magazine for the better part of the past decade.
“When Restaurants America rolls out something new … you can be pretty sure the mainstream public is ready for it,” one reviewer wrote of the Chicago-based multiconcept operator behind Bar Louie.
The Little Rock store will be located next to Bonefish Grill on Cantrell Road. As for Northwest Arkansas, we understand there’s some talk about Bar Louie taking over the Promenade Blvd. space formerly occupied by Granite City Food & Brewery.
