Arkansas Business Group Launches InArkansas.com

Arkansas Business Publishing Group on Feb. 1 launched InArkansas.com, a new online guide for all things Arkansas, focusing on where to eat, shop, play, work, visit and live in the Natural State.

The site incorporates information, photos and videos from the combined content of the company’s family of consumer publications including Little Rock Soirée, Guest Guide to Greater Little Rock, Arkansas Bride, Central Arkansas Newcomers Guide, Arkansas Green Guide, Little Rock Family, Hot Springs Guest Guide, Boom! and Living in Arkansas.

It also contains eight new blogs, anchored by the InArkansas Blog, that focus on shopping, dining, entertainment, careers, parents and baby boomers. These are in addition to the established ArkansasSports360.com blog and the coming Arkansas Business Blog.

The site offers daily e-news “recommends” from ABPG editors and a voting system so readers can share opinions about their favorite restaurants, venues, businesses, and events.

InArkansas.com will be continually updated with news and information about life in Arkansas; it’s also a terrific resource for visitors and people considering relocation to the state.

ABPG launched the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal in 1997 and operated the publication until 2004, when its controlling interest was purchased by Darin Gray of Springdale. The Business Journal continues to share content with Arkansas Business, and both are co-mingled in cyberspace at ArkansasBusiness.com.
