Design Craft Builds Homes in Dixieland Crossing

Design Craft Builders of Springdale recently purchased nine building permits for a total value of $1.3 million to construct homes in Dixieland Crossing in Rogers. The homes will be located at 1509, 1511 and 1513 Kelly Dr.; 1602, 1604 and 1606 Stratton Dr.; 3004 N. 16th St., 3003 and 3005 N. 17th St.
The homes will range in size from 1,765 to 2,070 SF. Prices will range from $169,900 to $197,900. Homes are three and four-bedroom floor plans with two or three-car garages.
Features are to include ceiling fans, granite countertops, walk-in closets, covered patios, and electric fireplaces with remotes. The homes also include walk-in showers and whirlpool tubs. The construction is being financed with loans from Liberty Bank of Arkansas.
