Lightbearers Purchases Fayetteville Apartments

Lightbearers Ministries International, a residential discipleship program, recently purchased the Woodway Apartments in Fayetteville for $1.7 million. The apartments, located at 2955 W. Dorothy Jean St., were purchased from ANB Venture LLC, which took ownership of the apartments in September 2009 through a foreclosure.
Mitre Properties LLC of Fayetteville bought the apartment building in 2006 for $4.9 million. It was foreclosed on in August 2009.
The apartment building, constructed in 1993, includes 72 units with a total of 220 bedrooms and a community swimming pool.
Lightbearers plans to use the apartment units as student residences with rent money going toward mission projects.
