Tim Chen recently leased a 10,700 SF space at 102 S. 21st St. in Rogers. Chen will be opening a Hibachi Grill and Buffet in the location, which formerly served as Ryan’s Steakhouse. The space was listed for $15 per SF. The building, built in 1992, is owned by Shaul Churi.
Sage Partners represented both the owner and the tenant in the transaction.
