ICJ LLC recently purchased 46 multi-family units in Phase I of the Plantation subdivision in Rogers for $3.2 million. The units are located on Southern Trace Drive, Asher Court, and Marietta Court. They were purchased from Powerbuilt Custom Homes Inc., which built the units in 2006.
The 2,430-SF units are one-story brick duplexes with garages and wood privacy fences. Each unit is located on approximately 0.23 acres.
