Bentonville Wal-Mart Store to Get Full Remodel (Real Deals)
Walkcon Ltd., of Weatherford, Texas, recently purchased a building permit valued at $4.39 million to remodel the Wal-Mart Supercenter at 406 S. Walton Blvd. in Bentonville. The store is undergoing a full remodel on both the interior and exterior.
The design will feature a new layout with wider aisles and lower shelving. The store will also get new paint, lighting and signage. The store will remain open during the renovations.
Centre Pointe Lots Purchased
26th Curve LLC of Little Rock recently purchased three vacant lots in the Centre Pointe Phase 2 at Pleasant Crossing development in Rogers for a total of $2.35 million.
The lots were purchased from Centre Pointe Properties LLC of Little Rock. The lots are 1.46 acres, 1.51 acres, and 1.54 acres, for a total of 4.51 acres.
Stephen Plunkett is listed as the registered agent for 26th Curve. Lance Beaty is listed as the registered agent for Centre Pointe Properties.
Pleasant Crossing Parcel Purchased
NW Property Holdings LLC of Rogers recently purchased a parcel in the Pleasant Crossing Development of Rogers for $1.83 million.
The 8.56 acre parcel, purchased from the C.R. Reeves family, is located off of Interstate 540 just south of the Wal-Mart Supercenter.
Cindy Morse of Equity Commercial Realty represented the seller and Jim Irwin of Irwin Partners represented the buyer in the transaction.
Lynne Gordy, Corlien Roberts, Christie Biles, Richard Barrett and N.R. Vantine are listed as officers of NW Property Holdings.
Fayetteville Taco Bell Gets New Owners
James and Barbara Becker recently purchased a Taco Bell store in Fayetteville for $1.43 million. The store, at 176 E. Joyce Blvd., was purchased from Madison Creek Investments, who purchased the store in 2008.
Petromark Buys Springdale Land
Petromark Inc. of Harrison recently purchased a vacant lot in the Diesel Downs subdivision of Springdale for $1.17 million. The 2.24 acre lot was purchased from Wagon Wheel Development LLC. Petromark is the owner of the White Oak Station convenience stores.
