Two Senior Apartment Buildings Complete at Legacy Village (Real Deals)

Northwest Arkansas Senior Services Inc. recently finished construction on two assisted living units in the Legacy Village in Bentonville valued at $2.16 million.

The project, located across from Memorial Park, was financed by a $1.6 million loan from Arvest Bank, a $400,000 HUD loan from the Arkansas Development and Finance Authority and a low-income housing grant of $160,000 from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.

The developer of the project is Legacy Village Assisted Living LLC.

The two Green Houses each include 10 one-bedroom, one-bath units, as well as a central hearth with adjacent open kitchen and dining area.

The facility is licensed as a Level II Assisted Living Facility and will include 60 total apartments divided into six Green Houses designed for medium- to low-income seniors.

The other four Green Houses will be financed with long-term financing through HUD.

Bella Vista Shopping Center Purchased
Best Choice Holdings LLC of Springdale recently purchased a shopping center in Bella Vista valued at $2 million.

The shopping center, called Greenwich Centre, was purchased from NSB Enterprises LLC, which bought the property in 2006 for $1.5 million.

The shopping center sits on 1.95 acres on Bella Vista Way. It includes a total of 16,190 SF and is 100 percent occupied.

Robert Norman is the registered agent for Best Choice Holdings.

The purchase was financed by Arvest Bank-Springdale.

Duff Real Estate Buys Tontitown Auto Store
Duff Real Estate LLC of Columbia, Miss. recently purchased the Mileage Masters facility in Tontitown for $1 million.

The facility, on Henri De Tonti Boulevard, has been operating as an auto and home supply store by Mileage Master Inc. of Oklahoma.

Mileage Master purchased the building in 2003 for $900,000.

The 19,305 SF-facility was built in 1986.
