Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate will consolidate its Northwest Arkansas offices.

About 18 of the CBF Sales Associates in the Springdale office will move to the Rogers office and five associates will join the Fayetteville office.

All of the associates will continue to serve the greater Springdale market and the company will expand into northern Benton County as well as other areas of Washington County.

President George Faucette said the consolidation will enable the company to expand its presence in the Northwest Arkansas market.

“This consolidation will put our Rogers and Fayetteville offices 54 and 60 agents strong respectively, and combined with our strong position in the greater Siloam Springs area, will extend our market presence in all geographical areas, creating the most power real xestate engine in the region,” he said.

J. Pat Newland, who has served as the branch manager of the Springdale office for the past 11 years, will take over those duties in the Rogers office from David Bolain.

Bolain, who has managed the Rogers branch for the past 15 years, will continue as a senior vice president and will work on special projects. He will also serve as an executive broker in the Rogers office.
