Mathias Properties? Retail Center Gets Tenants

All real estate, like politics, is local, and evidence of that continues to be found in west Fayetteville.

The Wedington Drive area remains a boomlet in Northwest Arkansas, where new residential construction of both single- and multi-family homes keeps going up, restaurants keep coming in and a new development anchored by a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market has been given a go from the Fayetteville Planning Commission.

We’d wondered just how well Mathias Properties’ Wedington Place retail center adjoining the Harps would do in the current climate, but it has been adding tenants.

A nail salon is already in, and the 2,680-SF Snap Fitness is currently being finished out with an anticipated mid-December opening according to Arthur Thurman of Mathias.
