Brandon Barber may have filed for Chapter 11 through his Lynnkohn LLC, but he and wife Keri still have a Fayetteville home owned in their names.

The manor at 3122 E. Township Ave. sits on two acres and is listed for sale on the Northwest Arkansas multiple listing service for $2.69 million.

It last appraised this year for $1.2 million.

Built in 2005, total living area for the main house is 5,713 SF, while the guesthouse is a mere 1,368 SF.

There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms total.

Other amenities on the property include a 42-foot by 18-foot heated swimming pool, a hot tub, four patios (2,964 SF total), a three-car garage, 388 linear feet of wrought iron fence, 5,294 total SF of driveway space, a theatre room with five TVs and a wet bar.

The listing, which dates from April 2007 and is through Barber Real Estate LLC, said “owners are relocating.”
