On May 1, Bank of Arkansas NA filed three lawsuits again Christopher Trudo, owner of Christopher’s Custom Homes in Benton County Circuit Court. The suits seek $1.2 million for repayment on three separate loans the bank extended to Trudo and serve as the first lien on multiple pieces of property.
