Rausch Coleman Homes Makes Top 100 Builder List
Rausch Coleman Homes LLC of Fort Smith was named number 89 on Builder magazine’s 100 largest U.S. homebuilders list for 2007.
The affordable homebuilder moved up 32 spots from last year.
During 2007, the company closed on 600 homes — a 4 percent increase from 2006 — and reported $87 million in revenue.
Rausch Coleman is currently building affordably priced homes in Fayetteville’s Walnut Crossing subdivision.
Last year, Rausch Coleman Homes partnered with the city of Fayetteville to create more affordable housing for Northwest Arkansas residents.
An application submitted to the Arkansas Department of Finance Authority by Rausch Coleman and the city of Fayetteville was recently approved, giving 40 qualified applicants the possibility of receiving up to $10,000 in assistance on the down payment for a new home in Walnut Crossing.
Rausch Coleman builds single-family homes in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri. In addition to the Walnut Crossing subdivision in Fayetteville, the company is also building homes in Valley View Estates in Farmington.
