Chris and Katie Moore, owners of Fast Lane Entertainment, currently under construction in Roger’s Pleasant Crossing development, have improved upon their original plans and are gearing up for a June 9 opening.

Original plans called for a 45,000-SF facility with 32 lanes of bowling, bumper cars, laser tag, arcade games, a mini-restaurant and four meeting/party rooms.

The total square footage has been increased to 74,000-SF, the bumper cars have been replaced by a 29,000-SF go-cart track and four party/meeting rooms have been added.

The rooms will be available for both parties and corporate functions. The mini-restaurant will serve “gourmet food” and monster, 29-inch pizzas.

Construction costs for the project are estimated to be around $8.5 million.

The duo has also announced the addition of Joe Norman as the facility’s director of marketing and sales. Frank Jameson has been named the general manager.

About 100 hourly employees will be hired this spring.
