Grubb & Ellis- Solomon Partners in Bentonville has completed a deal with the principal owners of the Bentonville Plaza to take over the management, leasing and development services of the 9-story, 261,911-SF office building located near Wal-Mart’s headquarters.
As part of the new agreement, Dena Milburn, who worked for the Irwin Saviers Ballard Management team, has joined the Grubb & Ellis team and will continue overseeing the management and leasing of the building.
Bentonville Plaza’s tenant list includes 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, Hamilton Beach Inc., Sara Lee Food & Bakers, The AC Nielsen Co., Playtex, Hanesbrands, WM Wrigley and Regus.
