Employees of Dixie Development Inc., owned by Ben Israel, have created a new Fayetteville commercial real estate firm.
Davidson Partners Real Estate LLC, located on Rolling Hills Drive, currently has one full-time broker and five associates.
Derrick Davidson, Israel’s attorney, is the registered agent for the entity and is also one of the firm’s owners.
Susan Pianalto, principal broker for Davidson Partners, said the company has commercial, residential and land listings and also offers property management services.
The company has a full-time maintenance department and is currently managing six properties with a total of 36 properties listed for sale or lease.
The firm is currently managing and listing properties owned by Dixie Development.
Pianalto said the firm has listings in both Benton and Washington counties and is planning to expand outside of the market.
