Penner Offers Multiple Commercial Services

Duane Penner decided he wanted to strike out on his own and create a commercial real estate agency dedicated to providing personalized commercial real estate services. He had been with Real Assets Inc. in Fayetteville for the previous two years.
This past fall, Penner started Commercial Connections Realty LLC. The firm offers tenant representation, property management, land acquisition and brokerage services.
Penner also recently received his Arkansas insurance license and has teamed-up with Davis & Garratt Insurance Group to offer commercial insurance.
Penner said being an independent insurance agent allows him flexibility and access to a variety of insurance companies and policies. Being a licensed insurance agent also allows Penner to offer additional services to his clients.
Commercial Connections currently represents Firehouse Subs and multiple franchise owners in the Fort Smith area.
