A new office is in the works of one of Northwest Arkansas’ largest vendors.
We hear PepsiCo. is trading in it’s existing office for a new, 40,000-SF, LEED- certified office in Metro Park.
The company currently employees about 110 people and will occupy three-fourths of the new building, expected to be complete in spring 2008.
We understand Tommy Van Zandt of Sage Partners has been representing Pepsi during their search process and helped negotiate the new space.
