Two Northwest Arkansas real estate companies recently joined forces.
Hendrix & Associates Real Estate and Citadel Real Estate Group are now operating as Hendrix & Associates.
“Our number one objective right now is to serve our clients,” Jody Hendrix, owner and operator of Hendrix & Associates, said. “By having an office in Benton and Washington Counties we feel we can better serve our clientele in all areas.”
Combined, Hendrix & Associates has more than 30 agents and about 300 listings. Both the Washington County and Benton County offices provide residential and commercial listing and property management services.
Chris Schwind, former broker for Citadel, will continue to serve as the executive broker for the Benton County office and Michael Doyle of Hendrix & Associates will continue to serve as the principal broker in the Washington County office.
