Cameron Clement didn’t see any need to move to New York or Los Angeles to find a new job. He left the marketing firm Rockfish Interactive when the company closed its Fort Smith office on July 13, but knew he would stay in the area.

He launched Cameron Clement Creative Brandworks that same month with his wife Jennifer Clement, who is a project specialist, artist Jeromy Price and Kelly Kastel, who will handle account service work.

C3 Brandworks is a “brand-centric” studio that specializes in nearly every aspect of marketing from video, catalogs and point-of-purchase displays to brand development, packaging and research.

“We are in the process of bringing in several accounts that are national in scope, and will mean a lot of work for ourselves and people in the region,” Clement said.

He said the accounts were based in three different states and were major players in the outdoor recreation, technology and economic development industries.

“I could not be more excited about the proposals that are on the table,” he said.

Though the new firm is only a few weeks old, the staff has “experience that transcends several companies and years,” Clement said.

Clement emphasized the importance of creating a strong brand with a professional, quality-looking logo. His commitment to the Fort Smith region has resulted in more work being brought to the area instead of going to other places, he said.

“Our sole purpose is to do excellent brand work for the benefit of a company, product or region,” Clement said.
