Fineberg Makes Move to Residential

Steve Fineberg & Assoc. Real Estate is treading into new territory. Ida Fineberg, wife of Steve Fineberg, “The Commercial Guy” of his radio ads, joined the office about three months ago from her previous post at Lindsey & Associates Inc. and has begun working as the firm’s first residential agent.

Steve Fineberg said the residential market is a market that the office was not actively seeking to enter but has seen some demand for.

Steve Fineberg said he is monitoring the company’s success in the residential market and taking a wait-and-see approach to adding any further residential agents.

The company does have residential listings on their Web site – albeit not too many at this point.
