Sixth Street Adds Hibbett Sports

The Shoppes at Sixth Street has added another tenant and the 52,000-SF retail center between Wal-Mart and Lowe’s is now 50 percent leased.
Hibbett Sports, a Birmingham, Ala.-based, publicly traded company with more than 600 stores in 23 states, is in the process of finishing out its space and is targeting an opening by Thanksgiving.
Hibbett has four stores in Northwest Arkansas: Siloam Springs, Fort Smith and two in Rogers including one at the Pinnacle Promenade Mall.
Owned by Cooper Realty Investments, the other tenants at Shoppes at Sixth are: Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Game X-Change, Super Clips, East Buffet, Carol’s Uptown Girl and H&R Block.
The Shoppes is still seeking an anchor tenant to fill the 33,000-SF center space.
