Fourth Chick-fil-A Slated for Fayetteville

We’ve been hearing about a fourth Chick-fil-A restaurant planned for Fayetteville for some time and a recent real estate transaction confirms it may prove true.
Chick-fil-A Inc. of Atlanta recently paid Rusty Pack of R.T. Pack LLC of Springdale $1.33 million for 1.19 acres at 1369 W. 6th St. That’s near the busy Razorback Road/W. 6th Street intersection.
Chick-fil-A’s other Fayetteville locations are at the University of Arkansas’ Student Union, inside the Northwest Arkansas Mall and across 71 Business from the mall. There also are two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Rogers after one recently opened on Pleasant Grove Road.
