KNWA Stalks Frank Broyles (Opinion)

We simultaneously admire and winch at KNWA-TV’s chutzpah.
On March 26, the day Razorbacks basketball coach Stan Heath was fired, the station dispatched Meghan Dill to stalk Frank Broyles.
Dill shoved a microphone through the athletic director’s car window in hopes of getting a comment. Broyles said he was late for a meeting. Dill then waited on Broyles after the meeting, but was waved away by University of Arkansas personnel.
After KNWA broadcasted both paparazzi-style segments, Dill said the meeting had nothing to do with Heath’s firing, making us wonder why the footage was even aired.
