The city is up to its chops in everything Hogs, but one thing Fayetteville does not have is a Whole Hog Café, yet.
Brian Adams and Kevin Jacobs, the owners of the Bentonville restaurant, have done well enough that they are ready to expand.
They are now looking to open a second store at Fiesta Square in Fayetteville.
Adams and Jacobs run the restaurant through a licensed agreement with the owners of Whole Hog Café in Little Rock – Ron Blasingame, Mike Blasingame and Mike Davis.
The first store opened in 2000. The Bentonville location opened in 2005. There are also locations in Memphis, New Orleans and Santa Fe. The Bentonville store ranked 30th on the list of restaurant sales of the city’s 150 eateries during 2006, registering more than $840,000 in revenue.
