Kruse On Over
Kruse of Northwest Arkansas, the auto auction planned for Highfill, is targeting April to begin site improvements now that plans are finalized between Auburn, Ind.-based Kruse International and Elm Springs-based J&J Investments, the partners on the 180-acre project.
Janie Ward, a principle in J&J, said drainage issues forced the planned location for the main building including 17 bays and executive offices to be moved to the rear of the property.
The dirt work will entail creating access along its frontage on Highway 12, constructing the buildings and paving. Ward said Highfill is supposed to have sewer access to the location by October, making a fall opening likely.
Kruse will hold dealer-only auctions once a week, classic car auctions twice a year and also host special RV and trucking auctions.
