Colliers Dickson Flake Partners Inc. of Bentonville recently completed a lease transaction between Cottonwood Building LLC and Mega Brands America Inc.
Mega Brands, which is headquartered in Montreal and makes high-quality products for children that are marketed worldwide under brands such as Mega Bloks, Rose Art, Magnetix and Board Dudes, will occupy 7,929 SF in Cottonwood Village in Bentonville.
Colliers’ Butch Gurganus represented the landlord in the transaction.
Members of Cottonwood Building LLC are Ramsay Ball, Mitchell Massey and Charles Trantham.
