Arkansas Car Wash Systems Under New Ownership

We hear a group of investors led by Mike Bennett of Bentonville, Mitchell Massey of Fayetteville and Scott McClain of Fort Smith have purchased the operating company of Arkansas Car Wash Systems Inc., which is based in North Little Rock and owns Boomerang and Splash brands of car washes.
A purchase price was not disclosed. Boomerang recently opened its 20th carwash location while Splash has 50 locations regionally. There are four Boomerangs in Northwest Arkansas, with the most recent opening on Pleasant Grove Rd. in Rogers.
