Foster Business Inc., the owners of Copy Mart & Mailing Station, formerly located at 1155 W. 6th St. in Fayetteville, recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
In the filing, FBI reported $101,318.33 in liabilities and only $16,798.02 in assets. It also reported $229,296 in year-to-date gross receipt estimates from operations in 2006.
Greg Foster handled the day-to-day management of the business and was listed as the president of FBI. Don Foster was vice president and Glen Foster served as secretary and treasurer.
An employee said the Copy Mart business, which has moved to Farmington, is in an ownership transition and has ceased its retail offerings to focus on its core business with large volume clients.
