Rogers Restauranteurs Look to Pinnacle

We hear representatives from The Cheesecake Factory Inc. have been looking at possibly opening a restaurant in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers.
The two firms which handle leasing in that area, the Pinnacle Group and General Growth Properties Inc., declined comment, but that doesn’t mean a deal isn’t in the works. The Pinnacle Group controls leasing for The Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills while General Growth is handling the Pinnacle Hills Promenade Mall.
The Cheesecake Factory, which has its corporate office in Calabasas Hills, Calif., is an upscale restaurant with locations in 32 states, but no Arkansas locations.
While The Cheesecake Factory may be up in the air, we do understand that Granite City Food & Brewery Ltd., which is headquartered in St. Louis, will lease space next to the soon-to-be-opened Sullivan’s Steakhouse in the Pinnacle Hills Promenade mall.
Granite City has 17 locations across the country – the closest is in Kansas City and another is in Wichita, Kan.
