Lending Landing

ENG Lending, a loan production office operated by the Bank of England (Ark.), has submitted a letter of intent to lease office space in Fayetteville.
Jason Carter is a loan officer and will be the branch manager of the new location. ENG’s only area branch is in Bentonville.
Carter hopes to have the branch opened by Dec. 1, but would not disclose the location. However, we hear it will be in the Metro Market, above The Flying Burrito, on the corner of Spring Street and West Avenue, a block south of Dickson Street.
Besides Carter, the other loan officers who will work out of the Fayetteville office are Stephen Green, Eric Howerton, and Cesar Fuentes.
ENG has five locations in Arkansas, including the corporate office in Little Rock and branches in North Little Rock, Conway, and Cabot.
