Hollywood Actor, Pop Singer Attend Hog Game
The Razorbacks weren’t the only ones seeing stars after the Sept. 2 loss to the University of Southern California.
We hear Hollywood actor Will Ferrell, a USC fan, was spotted on Dickson Street in Fayetteville after the game.
Ferrell and pop singer Nick Lachey both watched the Hogs’ 50-14 loss in the stadium’s athletic director box with USC Athletic Director Michael Garrett, who is not a movie star but was the school’s first Heisman Trophy winner in 1965.
Ferrell rose to fame on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” and recently starred in NASCAR spoof “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.”
Lachey, on the other hand, rose to fame with the pop group 98 Degrees. But his fame cooled down until he married songstress Jessica Simpson. Her “blonde moments” caught on MTV’s cameras for their reality series “Newlyweds” made the two household names.
But in typical Hollywood fashion, the couple divorced this year.
