Signature Bank Devloping New Division

Signature Bank of Arkansas is in the midst of developing a new division called Signature Private Wealth Management.

SPWM is headed up by Brian Cole, former senior vice president of Arvest Asset Management in Fayetteville, and Rachel Orr, a former trust officer at AAM.

The primary function of the two will be to manage money and trust services for the bank’s trust customers, Cole said.

Investment trades will run through Raymond James Financial, the investment services provider for Signature.

The bank can’t offer trust services just yet, Cole said, but it should be able to by mid-September if the FDIC and the Arkansas State Bank Department approve of the process.
