House Partners Up For St. Charles Plaza

Two men from Miami have partnered with Greg House to build St. Charles Plaza, the four-story, 70-unit condominium building planned a block north of Fayetteville’s Dickson Street.
Gary Mansfield, brother of Fayetteville developer Steve Mansfield, and Alan Matus, a Florida real estate developer, are Houses’ partners on the 100,000-SF project, which will have two floors of underground parking.
Matus developed several well known projects in Florida: Acqualina Residences & Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Williams Island in Aventure, Boca Grove in Boca and Frenchmans Creek in Palm Beach.
