Eight parties recently bought houses from A.R.C. Construction Development Inc. of Rogers in Fayetteville’s Persimmon Place subdivision.

Persimmon Place is a 154-lot subdivision northwest of 46th Street and south of Wedington Drive in west Fayetteville. Houses in the subdivision are a minimum 1,850 SF. They sell for about $100 to $105 per SF. Lots are $40,000 to $50,000.

On April 24, Aaron K. Williams and Katherine Ann Williams, and Joshua D. Allison and Kathryn Allison, bought houses at Persimmon Place. The Williamses bought the house at 544 N. Timeless Drive for $204,000. The Williamses took out a $162,744 mortgage from Pulaski Mortgage Co. in Little Rock and a $20,000 mortgage from Pulaski Bank and Trust Co. in Little Rock.

The Allisons bought the house at 4719 W. Trail Dust St. for $199,000. The Allisons received a $188,188 mortgage from Regions Bank.

On May 24, Vicki Lee Hayes and Tracy L. Buford bought the house at 568 N. Timeless Dr. for $208,000. Pulaski Mortgage loaned the two $203,162.

On May 31, Aaron M. Adcock and Brittany J. Harris bought the house at 4653 Soapstone Drive, and John A. Neumann and Linda K. Neumann bought a house at 4733 W. Soapstone Drive.

Adcock and Harris paid $193,000 and had a $152,250 mortgage from Arvest Mortgage Co. in Lowell.

The Neumanns paid $197,000 and received a $202,881 mortgage from Regions.

On June 1, Phillip Parent and Gretchen Parent paid $225,000 for the house at 4659 Homespun Drive. The Parents had two mortgages from Bank of America N.A. in Charlotte, N.C., totaling $201,800.

Atual Karim and Husne A. Begum acquired the house at 580 Timeless Drive for $196,000 on June 7. The buyers received a $156,320 mortgage from Advantage One Mortgage Brokers Inc. in Rogers.

On June 9, Ann Center bought the house at 2863 Trail Dust St. for $193,000.

Walker Construction Co. of Fayetteville is the developer of the subdivision. Ralph O. Walker is the president of A.R.C.

D.P. Sells In Westfield

From April through June, seven houses were sold in Springdale’s Westfield, Phase II. D.P. Development Inc. of Lowell was the seller in each case.

Isela Roldan bought the house at 3564 Westminster Ave. for $179,000. Ownit Mortgage Solutions Inc. of Agoura Hills, Calif., financed the purchase with mortgages totaling $178,450.

Brent A. Nighswonger and Vicki L. Nighswonger purchased Lot 60 at 3508 Lafayette Place for $183,000 with a $134,900 loan from Pulaski Mortgage Co. in Little Rock.

Eliah Drinkwitz and Lindsey Drinkwitz bought Lot 67 at 3536 Montpilier Place for $176,000. The couple received a $173,800 mortgage from Arvest Mortgage Co. in Lowell.

Chad W. Crumby and Lindsey Renee Crumby acquired Lot 58 at 3528 Lafayette Place for $230,000. Pulaski Mortgage lent the Crumbys $181,600.

Avard E. Hart bought the house at 744 Westford St. Hart borrowed $178,800 from Option One Mortgage Corp. in Irvine, Calif., and paid $179,000 for the house.

Paul T. Shafer Jr. and Elizabeth Shafer bought the house at 3505 Montpilier Place for $175,000. Pulaski Mortgage lent the Shafers $180,186.

Dario Campuzano bought the house at 548 Westford for $180,000. Campuzano got a $179,500 mortgage from Mortgage Lenders Network USA Inc. of Middletown, Conn.

Maple Welcomes New Owners

In late April through early June, the Maple Valley Subdivision in Fayetteville added six new owners, who bought houses from L & F Construction LLC of Fayetteville.

Maple Valley is a 19-lot subdivision in west Fayetteville. Houses start at $200,000 and are a minimum of 1,800 SF. Lots are 0.25 to 0.30 acres and sell for $48,000. Tim Brisiel is the developer.

Greg K. Martin and Kathryn Martin purchased the house at 2718 W. Sauter Lane for $202,000. Arvest Mortgage Co. in Lowell did the financing with a $162,200 mortgage,

The house at 2172 N. Elderberry Road went to Ebony Oliver for $192,000. Oliver had a $191,400 mortgage from Wachovia Mortgage Corp. in Raleigh, N.C.

Joseph M. Tangari and Andrea H. Tangari bought the house at 2128 Elderberry Road for $190,000. Chambers Bank of North Arkansas in Fayetteville financed $139,900 of that purchase.

Katharina Lewis bought the house at 2793 Sauter Lane for $195,000. Lewis borrowed $155,650 from First Magnus Financial Corp. in Tucson, Ariz.

Aristeo Robles Hernandez and Josefina Hernandez bought the house at 2736 W. Sauter Lane for $199,000. The couple received two loans at a combined $199,000 from First Franklin, a division of National City Bank in San Jose, Calif.

Kelsey D. Walker, Kirby S. Walker and Kathy D. Walker bought the house at 2144 N. Elderberry Road for $200,000. The trio borrowed $198,300 from Arvest Mortgage Co.

Ashley Patrick and Fred Patrick are the incorporators/organizers of L & F.

Next Generation Adds In Sage Meadows

Next Generation Residential LLC recently sold five lots with houses from April through June in Fayetteville’s Sage Meadows subdivision.

Sage Meadows contains 87 lots. Lots are typically 0.35 acres and sell for $35,000. Houses start at $160,000, have 1,700 SF and sell for $94 to $98 per SF.

Mark Foster is the developer of the subdivision, which is located in western Fayetteville, east of Sunshine Road and north of Arkansas Highway 16.

Daniel B. Kissinger bought the house at 4974 Dover for $165,000. Bank of America N.A. in Charlotte, N.C., mortgaged $156,275 to Kissinger.

Marc Richard Gottlieb and Clover Gottlieb purchased the house at 1501 N. Shetland Drive for $164,000. Transnational Financial Network Inc. of San Francisco loaned the Gottliebs $164,000.

The house at 1519 Shetland Drive was purchased by Hays Charles Sullivan and Joanne K. Sullivan for $164,000. Logan Finance Corp. in Blytheville lent the Sullivans $149,900.

Matthew G. McCarty bought the house at 1543 N. Shetland for $162,000. Chambers Bank of North Arkansas in Fayetteville provided a $162,000 mortgage.

Kristin Cunningham bought the house at 1560 N. Shetland for $158,000. Transnational mortgaged Cunningham $165,000.

Mansfield Buys From Stevens

On April 21, William Edward Stevens and Deanna Louise Stevens, trustees of The William Edward Stevens and Deanna Louise Stevens Revocable Living Trust, sold part of Lot 4, Block 6 of the County Court Addition to Mansfield House Holdings LLC of Fayetteville for $755,000.

The land is located at 330 N. West Ave. and 326 W. Watson St in Fayetteville. The West Avenue building housed Iris Arts gallery, which closed in January.

Mansfield took out a $1.08 million loan from Arvest Bank-Fayetteville.

Christopher C. May is the incorporator/organizer of Mansfield. Mansfield House Holdings LLC is a partnership between Gary Mansfield and Greg House.

Rhino Sells Two Houses

Rhino Investments LLC of Fayetteville sold two properties in local subdivisions.

On May 10, James Daniel Bryant and Sara Bryant purchased a house at 4446 W. Lofty Wood Drive in Fayetteville’s Cross Keys, Phase I. The Bryants paid $316,000 and received a $284,313 mortgage from Chambers Bank of North Arkansas in Fayetteville.

On April 20, Glenda D. George and Ted A. George bought Lot 1 in Springdale’s Sonoma Subdivision for $207,000.

Franklin American Mortgage Co. of Franklin, Tenn., provided a $203,062 mortgage for the house.

Robert Douglas Hale Maritan is a member of Rhino.

Cross Keys is a 108-lot subdivision in west Fayetteville. Cross Keys is south of Wedington and on the corner of North 46th and Persimmon.

Houses at Cross Keys are a minimum 2,200-SF and start in the $275,000 range.

Lots are typically 0.25 to 0.30 acres and sell for $55,000 to $57,000. The developer is Charles Sloan.

Sonoma contains 53 lots with houses in the $200,000 to $270,000 range. The houses sell for $105-$140 per SF. Houses have a minimum 1,800 SF. The subdivision is located at the northwest corner of Julio Road and Butterfield Coach Road.
