Carrabba?s Italian Grill To Open at Promenade

Carrabba’s Italian Grill is scheduled to open its first Arkansas restaurant at the Pinnacle Promenade in Rogers August 7.
Andi Jacobs, vice president of marketing for the Tampa, Fla.,-based company, said the restaurant will be 5,976-SF and seat about 216 people. The restaurant will employ 65-75 people.
Carrabba’s menu consists of pasta, such as Scampi Damian and Rigatoni Martino, according to its Web site. It also serves Italian classics like lasagna, chicken Parmesan and manicotti. Grilled dishes include Chicken Marsala and grilled salmon. The restaurant will also have a full bar.
Carrabba’s, which will be located at 3300 Pinnacle Hills Parkway, is company owned with joint venture partnerships.
Jacobs said they will continue to look at other areas in Arkansas for additional locations but none are planned at this time.
