Two Taco Bells Slated for Fayetteville

K-Mac Enterprises Inc. of Fort Smith is planning to open two Taco Bell restaurants in Fayetteville.
One will be on Joyce Boulevard between Mall and Steele boulevards and will be 2,260 SF, according to the city’s planning department. The other will be located on Wedington Drive, northwest of Steamboat Drive and will be 2,200 SF. Both will seat about 200 people.
The restaurants are in the large-scale cevelopment approval stage with the city, said Gerald Oney, owner of G. Oney & Associates Inc. of Walnut Shade, Mo., the builder of the projects. He said it should take about a month to get the approval, if there are no problems with the process. After it gets approved, construction should start and be completed in 80 days.
