An item in the Tulsa Business Journal recently caught our eye about a familiar company. Apparently Springdale-based Dent-A-Med Inc. is expanding its footprint into neighboring Oklahoma with a 3,383-SF office leased in T-town.
Dent-A-Med is the supplier of a health care credit card — called Helpcard — that can be used to finance the private-pay or non-insured portion of health care expenses. The company’s Web site claims, “Virtually everyone who has the ability and the willingness to pay for services on a monthly basis will be approved for the Helpcard.”
As of press time, the company had not returned calls for more information about the move.
