Daily Newspapers Go into Reruns

It must be getting close to summer. The area’s daily papers appear to be in reruns already.
On April 27, we noticed the second and third pages of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette sports section were identical, except that an extra space in the headline of Otis Kirk’s column had been corrected in the second version.
That same week, The Morning News published the same front page of its “Nation & World” section on April 27 and again on April 28. There was no date at the top of the page when it ran on April 28.
We know people subscribe to The Morning News just for the national and international news, so we’re sure the phones were ringing off the hook over there.
