Growth Group Buys E.J. Ball Building for $3.8 Million

We noticed Growth Group bought the E.J. Ball Plaza building on Center Street in Fayetteville last month. It paid $3.8 million for the seven-story, 53,781-SF structure, which was built in 1965.
Technically, the buyer is Growth Group Building LLC, which lists Mitchell Massey, a principal in Growth Group, as an officer. Morgan Hooker and Ward Davis are also partners in Growth Group.
The firm told the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal in January that it had about 45 projects in various stages of development. It has more than 2,200 acres it owns or is a partner in, and has more than 3,000 residential lots in various stages of development.
