Creekside Land Sells Twice

We know there’s probably a flurry of real estate transactions going on near the intersection of Interstate 540 and New Hope Road in Rogers, but we couldn’t help but notice what happened on just one Friday.
Actually it was Friday, Jan. 13.
First, Creekside Development LLC sold 7.62 acres in its 115-acre Creekside project to Sunway Hotel Group of Overland Park, Kan., for $4.02 million. Sunway owns and operates the Wingate Inn in Bentonville.
Then, we’re pretty sure that on the same day, Sunway sold the same 7.62 acres to BLB Holdings for $5.1 million. Brandon Barber is listed as the registered agent of BLB Holdings.
That’s more than a $1 million profit in one day.
