Paul Nichols and Katie Edson, both of Van Buren, opened The Bl? Lounge on Oct. 11 in the Fayetteville Mercantile Building on West Avenue.
The Bl? Lounge is a restaurant and martini bar. The business has 1,600 SF of space inside that can seat 52 and a 600-SF patio that can seat another 30.
The Bl? Lounge specializes in panini sandwiches, grilled chicken and mango salads. Brad Vinson is manager of The Bl? Lounge. It is open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
Nichols received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Central Arkansas this past spring. Edson was previously doing commercial property development in Van Buren.
