From The Madison County Record of Huntsville:
“Sept. 11 — A woman on Madison [County Road] 6182 advised that her neighbors on Madison 6180 had turned their goats loose again and they were on her property. She advised that her husband had fired some warning shots to scare off the goats and that the neighbors were now firing back. Deputy Abbott responded.”
