Diesel Downs, Gary Combs’ planned mega truck stop off Wagon Wheel Road and Interstate 540 in Springdale, will include five restaurants. The 36-acre development is supposed to include 40,000-SF of space and 94,000-SF office building.
We’re told the restaurants will include “two well known brands,” but details are still in the fryer. Retail space at Diesel Downs will include electronics, clothing, lifestyle and other components.
There’s also going to be a showroom for heavy trucks and probably some exotic cars on display. The latest news is there’s also going to be a new freight brokerage business on site.
