We hear the 100,000-SF Parisian store planned for the Pleasant Crossing retail development in Rogers might be expanding by about 20,000 SF.
For those of you who might not have read the Business Journal in the last year, Pleasant Crossing is the 345-acre development off Pleasant Crossing Road and Interstate 540 that calls for 1.2 million SF of retail.
BOS Group LLC of Washington, D.C., Charles Reaves, Greenhat Partners of Memphis and First Security Vanadis Capital of Searcy are the developers of Pleasant Crossing.
