Sage Partners Adds Office, Staff

Since its April opening, Sage Partners LLC, Fayettevilles hot new commercial real estate brokerage, has already added some serious firepower and expanded to Little Rock.
The newest partner is commercial guru Mark Saviers, who joins managing partners Tommy Van Zandt and Brian Shaw. Saviers, most recently a Chicago Industrial Division partner for the Trammell Crow Co., will head up Sages newly formed Little Rock office.
Saviers was a co-owner of Little Rock brokerage Irwin & Saviers, which announced in March that it would split. Van Zandt and Shaw had a minority interest in the Northwest Arkansas division of Irwin & Saviers.
Saviers, a member of the Urban Land Institute and a developer associate with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, has developed more than $250 million worth of commercial property.
