Governor Beebe Appoints 46 To Boards and Commissions

Governor Mike Beebe today announced the following appointments to boards and commissions:

Christian “Trey” Ashcraft, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission. Appointment expires January 14, 2021. Replaces Wade Williams.

Brandon Baker, Morrilton, to the State Fire Prevention Commission. Appointment expires July 18, 2014. Replaces Reverend Lee Zuehlke.

Hayward Battle, Sr., Little Rock, to the Board of Visitors for the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts. Appointment expires January 14, 2019. Replaces Marynell Branch.

Jacqueline Bettis, Fayetteville, to the Arkansas Independent Living Counil. Appointment expires February 1, 2014. Replaces Billy Altom.

Henry “Sonny” Blackwell, Bald Knob, to the State Board of Barber Examiners. Appointment expires June 30, 2014. Replaces The Honorable Doyle Wallace.

Raul Blasini, Pocahontas, reappointed to the Arkansas Minority Health Commission. Appointment expires January 31, 2014.

Forest Boles, Little Rock, to the Arkansas Division of Volunteerism Advisory Council. Appointment expires January 7, 2015. Replaces Cary Tyson.

Dr. Mary Jane Bradley, Jonesboro, to the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling. Appointment expires December 1, 2014. Replaces Linda Barnes.

Jo Ann Campbell, Fort Smith, to the State Library Board. Appointment expires October 18, 2018. Replaces Donna McDonald.

Robert “Crash” Carruthers, Morrilton, to the Arkansas Agriculture Board. Appointment expires August 15, 2015. Replaces Kenneth Davis.

Mark Coffman, Hector, to the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling. Appointment expires December 1, 2014. Replaces Christy Fitch-Francis.

Mitch Colvin, El Dorado, to the Petroleum Storage Tanks Advisory Council. Appointment expires December 31, 2015. Replaces Dan Crawford.

Jim Dailey, Little Rock, to the State Parks, Recreation and Travel Commission. Appointment expires January 14, 2018. Replaces Debbie Haak.

Dr. Jennifer Dillaha, Little Rock, to the Arkansas Pygmalion Commission on Nontraditional Education. Appointment expires June 30, 2015. Replaces Dr. Michelle Smith.

Kathy Fulks, Perryville, to the Arkansas Apprenticeship Coordination Steering Committee. Appointment expires December 1, 2014. Replaces Lee Harris.

Audrey House, Altus, to the Arkansas Alternative Energy Commission. Appointee serves at the will of the governor. Replaces Michael Drake.
