The April 20 edition of the Northwest Arkansas Times had a front-page story that confused us. Or maybe it was just $180,000 off.
The headline reads, “Downtown Partners gets $200,000 from commission,” but the story said the Downtown Partners received $20,000 from the Fayetteville Advertising and Promotion Commission. We’d say that’s quite a jump. The story went on to say that $100,500 was the total amount the A&P gave to 19 different groups.
